Sarah jointly heads up our Capital Markets division based in our Leeds office. Before joining, she ran her own consultancy for several years and has worked across a full spectrum of in-house PLC and consultancy roles, including Head of Communications at Capital & Regional plc.

Sarah specialises in small caps but extends to FTSE. She is highly connected, especially in the North of England, where she sits on the London Stock Exchange advisory board. She has completed over 50 IPOs and is well-known and highly trusted by advisers and companies, especially in the North of England.

BRIEF: To help prepare the Company for life on the London Stock Exchange and launch Ocean’s financial communications initiatives.

PROJECT OUTCOME: Having helped the Company develop its investor relations collateral in the build up to its re-listing at the start of 2019, Yellow Jersey has gone on to help Ocean raise its profile as a leading operator of premium Digital Out-Of-Home advertising assets. Prominent media coverage has been achieved on the back of performance updates, contract wins and M&A, with the Company completing two major acquisitions in the Netherlands in a matter of weeks following its relisting. Ocean’s corporate progress has seen coverage in the Evening Standard, City AM, Mail on Sunday and The Scotsman.
